That screen is mounted to the drive hub with 4 screws. Chances are that the screen has broken around the screen hole that allows for the screw to pass through, into the drive hub. Maybe adding a washer to the screw to secure a larger area of the screen. Maybe the screws just need tightened back up. I'm not sure the at the moment, how much meat is on the drive hub to consider a larger hole being tapped if the hole for the screen in the drive hub is stripped out.
