You will also need the spacer which goes on the crank behind the PTO, (911-3396 according to partstree.)

Since I'm not visualize the raised area which you are talking about exactly, will the area affect how the stud mounts depth-wise? There may need to be a modification done to the stud.

The PTO needed should be the same one which I installed on my 2185 last year, I got it direct from xtremeope.com for best price and quick shipping.
