Are you sure your new carb was clean inside before you installed it? There could be a good chance there was a piece of dirt in the carb. China dudes couldn't care how clean their area is when they assemble stuff. The vibrations from the engine could have loosen the carb parts.

E10 gas is a good product if you store and handle it the right way. Ethanol will act like a cleaner and loosen any dirt in the carb. Several gents in my area tried the local nonethanol fuel. Some had good luck at first. Several start having problems 3 months after trying the nonethanol fuel. One ask the fuel station when was the last time bulk tank was filled. Turn out to be 4-5 months ago.

I reset the governor every time I install a different carb than what was used on the engine. Some carbs have different lengths throttle arms.
