Good news everybody and to those who say rebuild
Carter 26, I’m with you! I was with you and had planned to
Rebuild it all along. Got tired of the Chinese carb running like
Garbage so I swapped them out this afternoon and put the carter
26 back in that I made a throttle shaft bushing for and replaced parts on.
Loaded it in and tractor runs with choke completely off and runs
Smoother than Tennessee whiskey!

I built a frame and shaft for the lift sleeve and
Use same parts to convert it over to a platform
To put weight on for plowing snow and it works great.
I had this big old metal toolbox that I bolted to lift frame and then connected
It independent of lift shaft and to the pin for the lift sleeve receiver which is under seat to make it a rigid platform independent of lift arm so I can work the blade with weight. I like how it is working so far.
