I have been researching LED light bars and the reason for my concern is in the construction of the light bar and the need to keep the LEDs cool and not cause premature failure. In the attached picture you can see the LEDs are mounted to a large heat sink to keep them cool and hence the ventilation ribs in the enclosure. I like the "cool" factor of where and how you chose to mount your light bar but I am concerned if it will have enough ventilation and the ability to dissipate the heat in that location.
