The 147 I've got has had a manual lift on it since I got it. I've been toying with putting a replacement on it, but not going OEM as I've not heard good things about them. What's the thoughts on an off brand replacement electric replacement actuator? What kind of stroke does it need? How do I ensure the implement is still going to float? I know basically nothing about them; I am aware that I'd have to acquire a replacement rockshaft and I'd like to have the accompanying guards with it too, but an initial search doesn't yield results for just that.

I did do a google search before I posted; maybe I haven't searched enough but I'm hoping someone can school me on E lifts and how I could make something work but still make it look somewhat OEM.
