What kind of fluid did you use? Just reread your first post, you used hytran.
How many hours on the tractor?
Just thinking out loud, the oil level should not be near where the dipstick tube mounts to the top of the case. Just seems like it has too much fluid. Or there is a lot of foaming of the fluid.
