Default 147 Reverse Issues

I just had the rear end out of my 147 to change my driveshaft. Everything worked fine before. Now I put it back together, and when I went to take it for a ride, it wouldn’t go into reverse. The lever would go forward but not back, kind of like if I was holding the brake pedal. After I drove it for a little bit the reverse worked fine. I tried 3 times, and it would not go into reverse when I first started it. Any ideas what could be causing this? And here’s a picture because every thread needs a picture.
