No shock absorbers like Ferris but the rear axle pivots and the front deck mounts do too. I tried out my brother in laws Ferris 3100. He bought it used/abused. Dang suspension was squirrely . Thing hopped, bobbed, and weaved as I was mowing. Maybe his shocks are worn out or not adjusted right. I just did not care for it.

My brother picked up one of these front deck Grasshoppers with a front mount blower at a household sale a couple years ago. He can fly with his mower. Wet grass. Tall grass. He even mows the small sticks without a care in the world. They have to be tough machines if he can't kill it.

My dad has the big Cub Cadet Tank SZ with steering wheel. It mows real nice but the front flip up deck on these models are what I have been eyeing for a couple years. No more using jacks and tugging my guts out to get the big Haban decks on and off!

Still have a NOS Haban deck for sale for anyone interested.....

"Nice ride Steve, too bad it is not yellow, The 10+MPH is not for mowing, it is for getting to and fro from one end of the field to the landscapers trailer. Saves on average 10 min a lawn, multiply that by how many they cut! Wow!"

Could be painted.....
