Yes, I agree with you. Mine has a 46” and I like that because of the capability of bagging with it but I’d like to have an original 50” for it and make it work for its gas!
I have a red 50” Deck from a much newer MTD Toro LX riding mower that I’ve been holding onto for a few years hoping to find time to see if I could even try and weld away on it to modify it to mount to the lift. I like accomplishing Frankenstein projects that actually work.
