Having a newer engine in it, if it is good, I would not think twice at that price, but, those 147's are rare as hen's teeth here in my part of the world. I had one a few years ago and did NOT know then what I had... . That won't ever happen again. And then again, you have to decide if a price is good for you. I would probably pay more for a couple of particular cubs I want than others here would pay, but for me, it is worth it. In the end, is it worth it to you? I am hoping to have some $$$ left over on tax returns to find me one, maybe two more cubs next year, and a 147 will definitely be one of those. A 169 that my local cub dealer personally owns will be the second one.
