Back in 1955,, my sister's neighbor sold the sand under his farm for $0.50 per ton.
He did nothing but collect checks,, 7,000 tons per day was typical.

Adjust $0.50 for inflation,, then multiply by the # of tons on a truck,,

If there is limestone under it,,, Sam Mac will buy it,,,
