I removed the tank and carb and cleaned them both. All should be good there. The belt is off the pulley so I can deal with the PTO clutch after I hear the engine run, if it runs. I have a fresh battery but all I get is a loud click from the solenoid so I suppose I'll take the tank back off to get to the solenoid and swap it out for another one? Or jump start it at the starter?
