I have a chain fall hanging from a beam in the garage, myself. I inherited mine from my grandfather, but I think I've seen quality antique chainfalls to be had for $5 or $10 at every flea market I've ever been to. That little overhead crane sure does come in handy.
A pile of stanky wet grass on the floor of the shop every week, that definitely wouldn't be handy.
