They continue to demonstrate why they're one of the pariah's of the internet (after wrecking almost every online forum by removing image links in established posts).
"Doesn't run" could be as easy as a carb replace/rebuild, cleaning points and fuel flushing. I'd start with the easy, as if the engine is free and has compression, it'll likely run. These old things are incredibly reliable machines.
