I'm south of Pittsburgh, and I also have a 2166 that I scored for free after a harness fire.

Pro tip - the wire that probably started the fire can be eliminated by replacing the solenoid in the carburetor with a float bowl screw from a Briggs and Stratton push mower, it seems to run plenty cool enough without some the plastic on the engine for pulling a wagon around the garden, and it's a heck of a lot of fun if you can find some free ATV tires for it.
