They are 26 lbs each, but honestly, if you're looking for weight to use, there are much more 'space-efficient' weights to be found. The IH weights don't weigh very much for how much space they take up. I have about 7 pairs of weights of various brands, including the IH weights. I only have the IH ones because they were free. The rest I have bought and I don't believe I have ever paid more than $50 for a pair, most of the time a lot less. I have a set of Bolens weights that are about 50 lbs. each that fit nicely in the wheel, upon which more weights of other brands can be stacked. You can get weights cheap if you are patient and willing to wait for a deal.
The most cost-effective option would be to buy a pair of tubes for the rear tires and fill them with washer fluid.
I also see you're in northern Illinois...me too...so auction prices, etc. should be close to what I'm stating. There was a set of IH weights on Chicago CL a couple weeks ago for $50/pair.
