I am not sure but all the K361s I have seen on the auction site have a wide base which won't fit into a cub frame without extreme modification to the block.
Also since the carb is higher, it might interfere with the hood.
I read somewhere, the K361s had rocker arm issues, I wonder how they got oil up there without an oil pump?
Others may be able to comment further on this. I thought of pursuing this too, but for me the "wide base" block is a showstopper.
I found the K341, 16hp, is a nice step up in power over the K321, especially when ported.
