It is missing a few, but the number and configuration of tines can be changed up quite a bit depending on what you're doing with it. I'd have been more than happy to use that one shovel to dig my potatoes this year, and I'd have set it up with 2 tines and a pair of discs to hill them. At least I would if I could figure out where to buy them.
