The OP is getting too much fuel so much that it is getting into the oil. The fuel valve at tank is not meant keep that from happening. The needle valve in carb controlled by the float is meant to stop flow of fuel when engine is not running.

If that valve is not being closed it means one of the following is happening.

A. Dirt keeping needle from closing
B. float not adjusted correctly
C. hole in float weighing float down keeping needle open.

There are other ways for fuel to get into crankcase. For the OP's sake I hope its the more simple things that I just mentioned.
