Ok.. "Buzz wire" the trigger wire. Thats what makes the solenoid engage to power the starter. If you have a brake switch not being met or the pto switch is met then then you will not get power to the "buzz" wire. You can temporarily JUMPER out the brake switch for testing. It is not against the law to do so. Also. You can unplug the pto for testing purposes. Do this one thing at a time tho.
