OK this is the last time I'm going to comment on this one. Grab ahold of the tab on the DAMN screen and pull it straight up. It may be stuck in the slides on the back of the radiator if it has not been removed for a long time. I think you will also need to remove the side panels but it's been a couple years and I don't remember. It also looks like someone has put fender washers in the hood latch and they are holding the screen forward. I don't recall ever seeing washers like those on any of the Cyclops I've worked on.
