I was having a tough to turn steering problem earlier with my 125. It turned out to be the knuckle assembly. Dried grease was the culprit. Just adding grease didn't help as much as pulling the assemblies apart, clean out the dirt and dried grease, put back together and adding fresh grease. What a huge difference! Feels like I have power steering! And yes, as mentioned previously, examine the steering box and the ball joints!

Exactly the same with my 125. Cleaning and greasing made all the difference
