I just purchased a very nice condition Cub Cadet lawn sweeper tag reads 193-366-100. Overall appearance is very good however there seems to be a mechanical issue with the sweeper. When pulling it forward the wheel on left side, when back is facing sweeper, does not turn. It locks up.

Any ideas whats causing this? And if so where do i get the part

Does anyone have a copy of the service manual for this unit?

Also is this a No. 1, 1A or 2.
