The leaking tank could be the rubber bushing at the fuel pickup or sometimes the metal straps cut through the plastic tank. The bushing is an easy and cheap fix, if the tank is cut from the straps you can repair it but if it's real bad you may be looking for a replacement. I put strips of rubber between my straps and tank to prevent this.
