The throttle lever moving is also an adjustment issue. Most of these throttle levers have a tension nut right on the lever assy. They can be tough to get to sometimes but it is possible to get at.

I'm looking at the manual right now for the 782 and it says the lever that is a T shape #12 is the Throttle lever. The "Hyrdo lever" is called the "Speed control lever" #13, the "hydraulic lift lever" is the only "hydro" description I can see.
I'll try to tighten the base of both levers and get back to you.
