From what little I see in your video, it is a series II
like Oak said from the oil filler cap.
Since we need to not know more right now, it is good enough.
you prolly don'y have an oil filter, it would be on the right side near the front, by the PTO clutch, or remotely mounted with hoses attached.
The voltage regulator is under the intake manifold screwed on top of the fan/flywheel housing just to the rear of the carb.
It has a 3 wire push on plug, it is about 1-1/2" x 2x1/2"
