I have the ball bushings and if the coupler is shot, I make them too. The couplers I make for the smooth shaft rears have set screws in case the shaft is worn .
Put the coupler in a vise and spray it with KROIL or another penetrant. Stick the end of the driveshaft in it to see if that frees it up.
If it doesn't, it can be replaced and I have affordable brand new ball bushings
