Amazing how much bigger the tires are when you put air in them!
Yeah, I said that -- so much to learn about these little things...

To my surprise the cracked tires all hold air -- even the one that was't seated on the rim when I picked it up! This will make moving it so much easier.
And now I see the tires and rims are the same size...

Got the carb off and I posted here trying to identify if it's an oem or a copy of the original oem type carb. https://www.onlycubcadets.net/forum/...238#post497238

When I picked up the 129 the PO said it was complete except for removing the driveshaft and the grill...
Turns out the driveshaft is there just not hooked up to the engine! So now I'm thinking I wanna try and get it running just to see how much of it really works! You can see where this is going -- it was supposed to be a parts tractor but...

As for Scouts, hell yeah, I love 'em.! This is my second daily driver Scout!
And Scouts are the reason I got a cub -- never thought I'd ever own a "riding mower" but here I am now living in OH and my gawd but the grass does grow here!
