Collar on bearing is concentric and pinches the bearing and itself tight onto crankshaft. You need to turn the collar a little bit while hold the crank steady. I "THINK" you need to turn the collar opposite direction the motor runs though I would appreciate somebody here verify this for me!

When all else fail, grind the bearing off..... careful of the crankshaft.
