Who/Where did this replacement harness come from and who installed it? Why was the wiring harness replaced? And what does not work with the new harness? Does the tractor turn over when trying to start? Do the lights work? etc... etc..

You need to get a wiring diagram for your model tractor and make sure this replacement harness matches up to all the correct connect locations. You also need to make sure you don't bypass the safety switches and that they all work as they should. You also need to make sure you have good grounding throughout. All the connections must be nice, clean and tight. The battery also needs to be good! Do not overlook the fuses.

The tractor is small and simple that any competent Cub Cadet service dealer oughta figure out what is wrong...... before the sun goes down at the end of day.
