[West Valley G]

Hey All. Decided to rebuild the Carbs on the 124 and 125 both with k301AS engines and Carter carbs. When I did the first one I opened the rebuild kit and there was no seat in the needle seat assembly. There was needle and brass screw in part of the seat, but no seat. The one took apart certainly had a rubber seat just where you would think it should be. Called company that sold the parts and they said "It seems like there should be one but their rebuild kit did not contain one"? Well hmm, Went ahead and did the rebuild with all else and got it running pretty well. Left the old seat.
Did the second one today, when I took it apart there was no seat for the needle in the bottom of the brass part the needle sits in. My assumption was there should be seat because I have never been in a carb without one. First Carter Carb I have been in however.
The kits also had no gaskets for the intake or the air cleaner mount. Who makes kits that have all the parts? Or does stuff have to be ordered in pieces instead of a kit. Thanks
