Once you get the bolt or nut, whichever is on there out/off, just tap around the edges with maybe a rubber hammer or a piece if 1x2.
It should loosen enough to come off.
There is a dowel pin in it that locates the pully in the correct spot on the flywheel.
Just don't get too violent with it when removing the pulley.
Work it off a little at a time around the edges.
The pin will either stay in the pulley or the flywheel.
