IF you are lucky and there is sufficient oil in the diff/reservoir, and the pump input shaft is turning, then two likely causes are the charge pump key is sheared or (worse) the pin in the trunnion shaft for pump swash plate control.

Hold the pump shaft with vice grips and try to turn the drive shaft. That will determine if the input coupling pin is sheared.
