Yeah, my thought as well. Sorry if this out of line.
So this will be my last post.
Just one last thing. They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Just look at everything that is going on in that pic.
Car is still in the straightaway...
The direction of the front wheels and...
The speed on a clay dirt track is an absurd amount considering where the car is and the direction of said car is going and...
Look at the chassis/frame of the car, It's going the opposite way that it should be going because of that massive air foil on top over ruled speed and momentum and you just could go on and on about so many things.
I just wish that if you ever get the chance to go see the winged warriors in action, don't miss it. It's so freaking cool to smell and see it live. Also if you ever get the chance to stand at or near the starting line of an NHRA event when the top fuel and funnies hit that throttle, it literally takes your breath away. Thanks for the conversation guys, it's been fun looking back on all the great times and memories of the good ol days.
