Did you search good ole YouTube? When I rebuilt mine a few falls ago I could only piece together ideas from videos here and there, as well as the service manual. Charlie Proctor was a great help too (CC specialties).
They really aren't that hard to rebuild. Read up on it and take your time. Make sure it's good and cleaned out then rebuilt with fresh grease and it should be fine. Pay special attention to the spiroid gear- that often times is stripped. The bearings have to be good- probably doesn't hurt to have new ones in there while you have it open.
