They really aren't that hard to rebuild. Read up on it and take your time. Make sure it's good and cleaned out then rebuilt with fresh grease and it should be fine. Pay special attention to the spiroid gear- that often times is stripped. The bearings have to be good- probably doesn't hurt to have new ones in there while you have it open.

I, lol, because been cooped up for over 2 months with the cold n snow and no heat in my lil make shift shop. So I am dying to get wrenching on 2 cubs.
I been watching video after video after video and even the 1 min update videos on Cubs. lol, I find my self screaming at the videos ..lol
Although. I found nothing on the electric lift, but it being used for 30 sec videos lol
I guess it was more of out of boardum to see someone else do it. lol
It is sad when you go to youtube and type in cub cadet and 98% of the videos that show up have the red watched line already hahahhahahah
But, I'll keep looking.. hahahhaha
