Grill casting from the 124 will bolt to the frame of the 123 but I think you will encounter a problem with the hood length at the dash/steering wheel.124 has the fiberglass dash w/raised spoke steering wheel and the 123 has the steel dash w/flat steering wheel.Personally I have never made this conversion I just know the difference in the parts,so you may have to swap the steering wheels.If you live near me I'd give you the correct iron/sheet metal less grille/screen and light panel!
