I can eliminate any issue with the carburetor. I rebuilt the carburetor, changed the fuel line, changed the spark plug and the spark plug wire.
I can see and smell fuel when I try to start it. I tried spraying starting fluid too but that doesn’t start it.
I took out the spark plug and confirmed I have spark there. I looked at the points and sanded them too. I can see a small spark but not sure if it needs to be stronger.
The engine wants to turn over but just won’t start.
