I'm not sure if this is correct, but what I've found in the Cub Cadet parts and service lookup (link is in the header above) says this..."Screw, 1/2-13 X 1-3/8 C-Z Hex Hd Cap"

I encourage you to use the Cub Cadet parts and service link. Though it does not show the bolt in the diagram, it is in the parts list.
