Default 1250 Hydro help needed

I have a 1250 that I need for snow removal, but I am having problems and need your expert advice. The 1250 is mounted with a IH snow thrower, and wheel weights to clear my dads drive. I am having trouble with the hydro bogging down. It did this last year with the deck, also. the 1250 runs great, revs fine in nuetral, and runs the thrower fine in neutral. The problem is when I engage the hydro in forward. The tractor runs and moves fine at low speed, but when I increase speed it seems to load down the engine and bog down, like there is hydraulic dead heading somewhere, but only in forward and only when I try to increase speed above idle speed. It does this with or without implements mounted so they are not the problem. Engine is NOT a problem, and runs fine. Tractor has new fluid and filter, drive was clean with no signs of water or dirt, carb is rebuilt, new air filter, tune up and fuel. I bought this tractor in non running condition, got it going, no smoke or noises, etc. Hydro linkage is adjusted fine with neutral in center.
Any ideas? I saw in the archives that someone else had this problem, but no solution was ever posted.

Thanks in advance,

JR
