I appreciate all the help you kind and knowledgeable folks have shared.
I was having a great night in the shop. It was such a nice evening, I was out until 9pm. Everything was going great. I knew I had some "good sized" nuts and bolts. Well, I didn't have anything that I could put heavy washers on without being long enough.
I had a quality 5/16 bolt that did the job,just fine. I don't feel it was a grd 8 either.
Just sharing to save folks some cash on maybe a 1 time use, "tool".
And btw, I put it in there snug. I didn't get to swearing "snug", just really, really close to it.
