Use a box wrench,--- if you ain't man enough to loosen it,
whack the wrench with a hammer, cussing the person that over tightened it.
Those valves have "O" rings that seal it, it ain't a pipe thread that you tighten it till it quits leaking.
if the fender pan is in the way, remove it, git er done ,they be grass to be cut.
