Gears? well yer on your own there,as they have been NLA for years but pop up on ebay ocassionally.
Best to get a good used gear box most times, cost ways.

Thanks for the tips. Looks like gears are available at CC Specialties but I shouldn't need them.
I opened up the gear box today. I need to clean it out, but everything seems tight with no slop and no shavings in there. What I thought was slop in the bearing looks like it was just a loose connection to the driveshaft. I'll have a better idea when I get a chance to clean the gearbox up.
