Not worried about driveline geometry. I can make a little drive shaft with a little universal joint at each had no problem.
The other option is to put a pulley on the engine and another one on the drive shaft with a pillow block bearing for support.
I'd rather do that than alter the frame.
I was so impressed with the smoothness of that engine on the 1810... I read up on those engines and they're good but I did read that the Onan P series engines might be even a little bit better especially since they have more torque down low.
