I think that's a safe bet. Decals on the sides of the fiberglass dash, one side faded off and the other side isn't. Tires are all the same tread (chains have since been added). In the OP's pics from 2012 the tractor is clearly missing a hood and upper grille/headlight bezel, and in these new pics we can see that someone had since cobbled together mounts for a 1X4 1X5 series hood.

Also looks like they removed the damaged fenders and replaced them with the fenders from probably the same 1X4 1X5 series tractor that the hood came from. Replaced the seat as well. Oh, and the hydro lift musta stopped working so someone tacked on that manual lift.

If I were you I'd remove the cobble job hood and bezel and search for a correct one, as well as the correct set of fenders. Get the hydro lift working again as well. parts tractors aren't too difficult to locate. With some work I think this could be a nice really unique tractor. Don't forget to replace the engine isolator mounts.

I decided to decode your serial tag too, you have a 1250 (0630) built in August 1977.
