Rebuild the KT17S-24302 in my 782?
Hello all... my K17 Series 2 has been on her last leg for a while now.. seems as though that last leg just collapsed..lol. Looking for some advice/opinions on where I should go from here. Rebuild or replace? I know new engines can get pricey, but am unsure as to just how much it'll cost me to rebuild. Rebuild kits aren't priced too bad, guessing I'll have to have some machine work done?? I'm a very handy person and would love to do the work myself, but engine knowledge isn't one of my strong points... any advice?
