This is useful information. I went and checked the MSDS on olds45512's suggestion of using Rapid Remover and it seems to contain xylene among the ingredients. I have been noticing that when using acetone, it gums up the adhesive residue when I clean my 16" disc sander. It eventually comes clean after quite a chore. I will try xylene next time! Wear gloves!
