The cold starting woes are gone. It started almost immediately with the new glow plug relay, and updated NGK glow plugs. I eliminated the resistor in the dash. Also completed replacing the 40A circuit breaker, reproduction battery cover with new hold downs, and refinished the muffler heat shields.
