Remove the 4 torx screws from the seat rails. You will need to slide it all the forward to remove the 2 in the back and then slide it all the way back and remove the 2 in the front.

Remove the forward, reverse, brake pedals on the right and also the differential lock pedal on the left.

Remove the left & right rubber floor board inserts. Under there you will find 2-3 bolts that hold the front section to the frame.

Remove the gas cap and intake screen under the steering wheel and the fender/floorboard should come off as one piece.

I would also replace the spring inside of the valve assembly also. It is part# 732-3059 from Cub Cadet. It is not listed in the parts section from Cub but that is a cyclops part number and the springs are the same.
